Route

• Day 1 - Arrival
  Arrive in Bregenz (A), bicycle distribution and information regarding the accommodation. Parking garage included.

• Day 2 - Arbon (CH), 40 km
  Ride to the isolated Alpenrhein estuary on the Swiss bank to Rorschach and Arbon.

• Day 3 - Stein/Rhein (CH)/Gottmadingen (D), 58 or 68 km, respectively
  Ride along the Swiss bank to Kreuzlingen and then along the lower lake to Stein/Rh. (Cat. A), or futher on to Gottmadigen (Cat. B).

• Day 4 - Schaffhausen Round Trip (CH), 55 km
  Ride past the German enclave of Büsingen to Schaffhausen (timber-framed buildings, Munot fortress), further on to the Rhine Falls. Return to Stein/Rh. on the opposite bank and to your previous night's hotel.


• Day 5 - Konstanz (D), 34 km or 45 km from Stein/Rhein
  Bicycle tour past Öhningen and the Radolfzeller Moos to the island cloister of Reichenau; further on to Konstanz.

• Day 6 - Markdorf/Friedrichshafen (D), 55 km cycle, 5 km ship
  Ride to the flowery island of Mainau then travel by ship from Wallhausen to Überlingen, pass the convent church at Birnau and Meersburg, then ride further on to Friedrichshafen or to Markdorf.

• Day 7 - Bregenz (A), 45 km
  Ride to Langenargen, through the nature reserve Argen estuary to Laimnau and further on to Lindau and Bregenz.
