Arrive in Sillian. Distribution of bicycles and information.
- Sunday — Bruneck (48 km cycle) or Vintl (71 km cycle), easy hills, 35/55 km train
Ride on the Drau bicycle path to Innichen, and then further on the Pustertal bicycle path.s easy hills to Bruneck or Vintl. Return by train (purchase bicycle ticket on location, about €4,00) to San Candido, and ride back to your hotel.
- Monday — Lienz, 31 km cycle, easy hills, 25 km train
The Drau bicycle path starts out flat and then goes gently downhill to Abfaltersbach, Thal, and Lienz (Schloss Bruck painting gallery). Return by train.

- Wednesday — Sextental, 45 km cycle gently downhill, 31 km bus
Ride to Innichen, where you will transfer by bus to Bad Moos. Walk 15 minutes to an Alpine hut, and then enjoy a bicycle tour through a romantic, solitary valley back to your hotel.
- Thursday — Lienz—Lind, 52 km cycle, flat, 108 km train
Journey by train to Lienz. From there, ride on the Drau bicycle path to Oberdrauburg, Dellach, Steinfeld, and Lind. Return by train.
- Friday — Villgraten, 21 km cycle, easy downhill, 17 km bus
Bus Journey from your hotel to Innervillgraten. Hike 1,5 hours to an Alpine hut and return. Then, cycle through this lovely lonely valley, passing Hintenburg on your way home.
- Saturday — Journey Home
Leave for home after breakfast.
