Route
- Day 1: arrival
arrival at Bregenz (A) to the Donau Touristik infopoint. Bicycle and informational packet distribution.

- Day 2: Arbon/CH (40 km).
Ride through the Seespitz nature reserve towards the Swiss bank. Pass Rorschach to arrive at Arbon.

Cat B:***Hotel Seegarten
- Day 3: Stein am Rhein/CH or Gottmadingen/D (58 km or 68 km).
Cycle further on to the Swiss bank through Kreuzlingen and the Untersee to Stein am Rhein (Cat. A) or to Gottmadingen (Cat. B).
Cat A: ***Hotel Rheinfels oder ***Hotel Adler
Cat B:***Hotel Kranz
- Day 4: Schaffhausen/CH round trip tour (55 km).
Ride on lonely forest paths to arrive at Schaffhausen (Munot fortress, timber-framed houses) and the Rhine Falls. Afterwards take the opposite bank (german area) to get back to your hotel.
- Day 5: Constance/D (34 km or 45 km from Stein am Rhein).
Through Öhingen along the Untersee and the Radolfzeller Moos to the island monastery of Reichenau and to Constance.

- Day 6: Friedrichshafen/D (55 km cycle, 5 km ship).
Explore the flower island Mainau. By ferry from Wallhausen to Überlingen, pass the monastery at Birnau and ride on to Meersburg and to Friedrichshafen.

- Day 7: Bregenz/A (45 km).
Cycle through Langenargen and through the estuary nature reserve Argen. Reach Laimnau and ride to Lindau to arrive at Bregenz.
