Ride on traffic-free bicycle paths along the precipitous cliffs of the main Alpine ridge and on dammed paths along the Etsch to Verona.
Route
- Day 1: arrival
in Nauders near Lake Resia (Lago di Resia, Reschensee). Distribution of bicycles and informational packets. Private parking place.

- Day 2: Schlanders (49 km flat/gentle slope).
Ride to Lake Resia, then along the lake to Marienberg Cloister, further on to Glurns (the smallest city in Italy) and Schlanders.

- Day 3: Meran (42 km flat/gentle slope).
Pedal along the Etsch through fruit orchards, pass Dornsberg Castle in the best climate. Visit the new Super-Therme spa in Meran.

- Day 4: Bolzano (39 km).
Ride on both side streets and beautiful bicycle paths to Nals, Andrian, and the confluence of the Etsch and the Eisack near Signumdskron Castle. On paths directly to the center of Bolzano (architecture).

- Day 5: Trento (61 km).
Near the river Etsch to reach the "Salurner Klause", the border of South Tyrol and the German/Italian language. Ride to San Michele all'Adige and into the center of the council city Trento (cathedral, palace, Neptune Fountain).

- Day 6: Riva/Arco (53 km very easy uphill).
Cycle through picturesque vineyards to Rovereto (old town) and Mori. A slight uphill will take you to San Giovanni and then downhill to Torbole on Lake Garda, then along the lake to Riva.

- Day 7: Cavaion (63 km).
Bus journey to San Giovanni. Cycle to Belluno/V. and then on side streets with slight hills to Albaré and Cavaion Veronese-Affi.

- Day 8: Verona (64 km slight hills).
Ride to Garda and along the lake to Bardolino, then along a "panarama path" with slight hills to Cavalcaselle. Through farming villages to Sommacampagna and Verona. Accommodations in ***hotels in the center of Verona.
***Hotel San Marco or ****Hotel Ramada Fiera
- Day 9: return journey
to Nauders by bus (Thurs. - Mon.) or extend your stay in Verona. Return journey by train Tues. and Wed. (ca. 5 hours).
